All entries must be submitted by 9am on Friday, if you wish your entry to be included in that week's newsletter. If received after 9am, it will most likely not be included until the following week's newsletter.

All community submissions will be showcased for a maximum of two weeks. If your submission is a dated event, it will be highlighted under the Community Updates & Events section for two weeks prior to the date of the event. If you submit your event prior to those two weeks, it will be showcased in our "Save the Date" section with only its name, date & associated link (if you've provided one). Please take this into consideration when submitting for the newsletter. Thank you!
