‣ ORDERS & ORDER CANCELLATION

 ORDER FORMS: made4army items can be ordered by filling out our orders forms provided in individual item posts or can be found in our carre. Please only provide factual information and details.

— ORDER CONFIRMATION: An order confirmation and an invoice will be sent to your Instagram account you provided around 3-4 business days.

— DEADLINE OF ORDER: The order deadline varies according to each item. Order forms will be closed once we are no longer accepting orders. The deadline of order for an item is listed in the caption of each post labeled 'DOO'.

— CHANGING AND CANCELING OF ORDER: 

Changing orders can still be accepted if there is no documented order of confirmation sent from our end.

Canceling orders once the Google Forms is submitted will result in the customer being displayed as ‘Joy Reserver/Bogus Buyer’ in our list.

All changing and canceling of orders are subject to approval.

 

‣ PAYMENT SCHEME

— PAYMENT INVOICE: An invoice will be sent to your INSTAGRAM account you provided in our order form, along with payment methods and details. Please follow the instructions, or your payment may not be acknowledged. Only pay the required amount.

— PAYMENT CONFIRMATION: The payment confirmation will be sent to your Instagram account your provided around within 3-4 business days.

— PAYMENT DEADLINE: The payment deadline varies according to each item. The payment deadline for an item is listed in the caption of each post labeled 'DOP'.

• PRE-ORDERED ITEM: We require at least 50% downpayment of the item price. 
• ONHAND ITEM: We require full payment of the item price. 

Failure to pay the ordered item on or before the DOP will result in a 50 PHP charge a day for the next 2 days after the DOP ends. If the payment is still unsettled by the 3rd day after the DOP, the order is automatically canceled, the customer will be displayed as ‘Joy Reserver/Bogus Buyer’ in our list, and a strict banning of them to future transactions in our shop.

 All changing and canceling of orders are subject to approval.

 

 UPDATES, ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL, AND SHIPMENTS  

— UPDATES: We will post updates on our Instagram story and on our masterlist every Friday.

— ESTIMATED TIME OF ARRIVAL: This varies according to each item.

• PRE-ORDERED ITEM: 2-4 weeks. 
• ONHAND ITEM: Whenever available to pack and ship.

ORDER ONLY IF YOU ARE A PATIENT CUSTOMER.

— SHIPMENT: Please allow us to have time to pack and ship the orders upon the arrival of the items.

• GOGOXPRESS: The schedule of pick-up of deliveries are Monday and Thursday.

• SAME DAY DELIVERY: The time for pick-up is 3pm -7pm ONLY. We will be proceeding with the shipment if the customer is responsive. Only pick this shipment method if you are able to be considerate and patient for the store and the driver.

 

 RETURN/EXCHANGE/REFUND

Our items always undergo quality check upon arrivals and thus will only ship those that are in good condition and packaging. We pack the items securely and sealed and thus we do not have the responsibility for any damages and loss caused by the courier. 

The shop will only address the following concerns for return/exchange/refund: 

- If we shipped the wrong item, color, or variation.

- If the customer’s order/s were unsecured or had sudden cancellations or pre-orders from the manufacturer.

- If we shipped incomplete items.

All returning, exchanging, and refunding of orders are subject to approval.

WE WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE CUSTOMER CONCERNS 7 DAYS AFTER THE ARRIVAL OF THEIR PARCEL AND WITHOUT RAW UNBOXING VIDEO. THE VIDEO MUST NOT BE TRIMMED OR EDITED.
