TERMS AND CONDITIONS: All program fees must be paid prior to the starting date. An application for class once processed, may be cancelled 15 days before the start date without penalty (minus a $50 processing fee). There are NO REFUNDS after the course has started for any reason. Not attending the class or program does not entitle a participant to a credit or refund. When enrolled the participant is reserving space, time, and staffing whether the participant attends the program or not. When exceptional circumstances arise where participation is not possible (i.e. family emergency) the participant may email request for consideration of a credit or refund.
Coop CultivAction
reserves the right to cancel
courses or programs with low enrollment with a full refund.
