Richmond Area Chapter of VSLA Spring Conference Registration
April 27, 2022, 5:00-6:30 PM on ZOOM

We are so excited to have Rebekah O'Dell speaking to us virtually on Wednesday, April 27th!  Rebekah O'Dell is a middle school English teacher right here in Richmond!  She has co-authored two books with Allison Marchetti, called Writing with Mentors and Beyond Literary Analysis.  She and Allison have a popular blog entitled Moving with Writers which focuses on improving writing in middle and high school with an emphasis on voice and authenticity.

For those that are interested, we will also have a writing celebration immediately after our keynote speaker.  Participants will bring one piece of student writing to share in breakout rooms.  Every participant will receive a class set of notebooks and custom pencils for their class.  Just indicate YES on the form below if you plan to share out a piece of student writing.

We look forward to having you join us for our keynote speaker, our celebration of writing, book talks, giveaways, and more!
