When would you prefer to hold the workshop?
Is there a range of time you're looking to have the workshop in, or do you have a deadline to meet? For workshops outside of the US, we require a minimum of 3 months notice in order to arrange travel.
Where do you plan to host the workshop?
How many participants?
We typically keep workshop attendance between 30 and 40 participants, though we may be able to accommodate smaller or larger groups on a case-by-case basis.
To help us tailor the workshop to your group, it helps to know the expected background of the audience. For example, are they students? Will most be working with a particular dataset? Any information you can give is helpful.

Will you be recording this workshop?
You are welcome to record workshop sessions for both internal and public use. If the recordings will be posted publicly (e.g. on YouTube) this should be discussed in advance so that the Broad Institute team can provide appropriate guidance and permissions regarding e.g. descriptions, credit attributions and use of logos.
