* Complete and submit Pathways Interest Form
* Email a copy of your child's most recent IEP, MET, and/or other evaluation(s) including Speech and Language, Occupational Therapy, and/or Physical Therapy to
INFO@PATHWAYSSCHOOL.ORG* All documents must be sent at the same time (one email preferably) for adequate review.
* The Director will review these documents and proceed with scheduling a meeting with parents if Pathways School can meet the student's needs.
* Please allow 2 weeks for the director to review all documents
* Based on enrollment your child may be invited for a full-day visit for one or two days.
* Parents/Guardians will be notified of enrollment status within 1 week of the student's full-day visit at Pathways.
* A link will be sent to parents containing the enrollment paperwork if Pathways is able to offer enrollment. The electronic paperwork must be completed within 5 calendar days or before the student starts at Pathways.
* Acceptance of the enrollment offer includes the completion of the parent/student handbook and the $750 deposit to secure the enrollment.
