Pursuant to Governor Abbott’s Temporary Suspension of Open Meetings Laws issued on March 16, 2020, this meeting will be conducted via videoconference, which will be audible to the Board and public and allow for two-way communication.

If you wish to address the trustees on an agenda or non-agenda topic, you must complete this form prior to one hour before the board meeting on Thursday, January 21, 2021. The public comment form will be available for completion until one hour pior to the meeting. Public comments submitted will be read aloud for the Board to hear, and the content of a written comment cannot exceed three minutes when read aloud. To the extent practicable, all other public comment rules shall apply.
