Statement of Faith
We believe that true life change can only come from the power and work of the gospel of Jesus Christ. All staff, board members, volunteers and mentors must agree to these statements of faith.

We believe that the Bible is God breathed, living and active, and does transformative work in the hearts and lives of others. The Bible is the sole authority for life, including faith and practice. (2Tim3:16, Heb 4:12)

We believe everyone has sinned and has fallen short of the glory of God. That apart from Christ, there is no good in us and we are all in desperate need of a savior and that Savior is Jesus Christ. (Gen 3, Rom 3:11-12 & 23)

We believe that Jesus is the Son of God who came down from Heaven as fully man and fully God to save sinners. (John 3:16-17)

We believe Jesus died on the cross as a payment for our sins and rose again to save us from the bondage of sin. (Matt 27:32-28:20)

We believe that nothing is irredeemable by God. That no sin or circumstance is greater than the redeeming work of Jesus on the cross. (Rom 5:20-21)

We believe that Jesus Christ is the only way of salvation and that salvation can be found in no other religion, god, or savior. (Acts 4:12, John 14:6)

We believe that whoever believes in God shall not perish, but will be saved, by grace, which is a gift from God. (Eph 2:8)

We believe that Jesus will return again in flesh to judge the world, claim his Kingdom, defeat satan, and restore peace to earth. (Rev 22:7,19:11-16, 20:7-10, 21:27)

We believe Christians are called to obedience; to love God, love their neighbors, live righteously and to make disciples of all nations. (Rom 6:16, 1 Peter 1:22, Matt 22:37-40, 28:19)

Do you agree with the above statement of faith?
If no, please explain

Marriage, Gender, and Sexuality Policy
As representatives of Jesus Christ, FLOW employees, board members, mentors, and volunteers are responsible to demonstrate a lifestyle consistent with His character. They are expected to be men and women of high moral character and men and woman whose sexual conduct is consistent with the standards of Scripture. This includes avoiding any pattern of addiction and abstaining from premarital, extramarital, transgender, and homosexual conduct.
Employees, board members, mentors, and volunteers must conform to the above standards. Employees, board members, mentors, and volunteers are also asked to: (1) dress in conformance with one’s biological sex; (2) use the restrooms, locker rooms, and changing facilities conforming with one’s biological sex; and (3) abstain from all intimate sexual conduct outside the marital union of one man and one woman. In addition, I will strive to cultivate these same truths in the heart of my mentee.
