Please fill out this form to memorialize your pet or pets with an engraved plaque on a wooden paw print on our Paw Prints Remembered board. This board is in the meet & greet room at our Adoption Center, a great reminder to new adopters that they are adding members to their family (not just a pet to their life). The money generated from these paw prints will help us serve our current and future rescued paws; we are asking for a minimum $100 donation per plaque. Up to three names of pets can fit on one plaque.

If you're curious how we got such a beautiful board, our Paw Prints Remembered Board was created in early 2024 by a young man, Karsen, who, as part of Boy Scout Troop 109, selected this as his Eagle Scout Project. It was created in honor, and then in memory, of his beloved dog Jackie O (better known as JoJo), an Adopt Me! alum. And he did earn his Eagle!
