Agatha's Lucky Paws Rescue and Shelter Adoption Application
The Agatha's Lucky Paws Rescue and Shelter (ALPRAS) adoption application is part of a multi-step process. Once we get your completed adoption application, an ALPRAS Representative will contact your veterinarian and personal references. Meanwhile, a home visit with you and your family will be scheduled and completed before ALPRAS can consider approval of the adoption application. Agatha’s Lucky Paws Rescue and Sanctuary reserves the right to deny any application for any reason. Please complete the ALPRAS Adoption Application completely then submit it. Adoption fees can be made via the Donate button on our website, money order, cashier's check, PayPal, or personal check*. Applications will be processed within 10 business days of receipt and payment. (Application process time is dependent upon availability of references and veterinarian(s) and clearance of funds. To ensure your application is processed timely, notify your listed references and veterinarian that they will be contacted by an ALPRAS representative.)
* If your check is returned to ALPRAS for any reason, including non-sufficient funds (NSF), you are not only responsible for the fees your bank requires, you are also responsible for any NSF fee imposed on ALPRAS an must be paid to ALPRAS via the Donate Button on the Website or PayPal.
Please Note that this application is primarily for the Dogs available for adoption with ALPRAS. If applying for a Cat or Pocket Pet, many of these questions may not directly apply.
