Any sessions over your funded entitlement will need to be paid for. We can accept childcare vouchers or the Government tax free childcare. 

Please be advised that completion of this form does not ensure allocation to your preferred session. Sessions will be assigned based on a first-come, first-served principle to help us accommodate everyone.
