Organizing Director: Help grow MFOLIA through chapter engagement. Would be in charge of helping organizing deputies to start chapters in their regions along with creating initiatives to keep existing chapters involved in MFOL and the Iowa legislature. Part of Executive Board. (HIRING CLOSED)
Organizing Deputy: Assigned to a region (most likely the region they live in) to start chapters in surrounding high schools, middle schools, and colleges (college organizing deputy is a separate role). Would be main point of contact for chapter leads and would convey any important information to leads regarding events.
Director of Legislative Affairs: Help grow MFOLIA through policy. Would be in charge of keeping up with state wide legislation, and frequently updating the team on the status of said legislation. Will also head the creation of our annual policy agenda (available to view:

Communications Director: Help grow MFOLIA through outreach. In charge of all social media, and press initiatives. Would come up with plans to grow social media followings and has to have experience in contacting press. In charge of Communications team. Part of Executive Board. (HIRING CLOSED)
Communications Associate: Help grow MFOLIA through outreach. Helps with social media and press. Experience in graphic design is encouraged.
IDEA Coordinator: Helps grow MFOLIA through Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Access. Would find trainings for chapters and the State Team along with coming up with initiatives to help in these areas. Part of Executive Board. (HIRING CLOSED)
