By completing this form you are electing to be fully remote and without access to campus buildings for Winter Term. Your cost of attendance will be reduced by room and board charges, as well as the Student Health Services Fee and a portion of the Student Activity Fee. If any of these charges already appear on your account, they will be reversed. Tuition will be the same for all undergraduate students regardless of the mode of instruction.
