Partner's Satisfaction Survey of services provided by the Office of International Affairs Year 2025
Office of International Affairs (OIA) Universitas Muhammadiyah Lamongan (UMLA) is conducting an External (Partner) Satisfaction Survey with the following objective:
1. Assessing the extent to which service provision has been carried out by the service unit.
2. Measuring user satisfaction as service users.
3. Identify the weaknesses and strengths of the service quality of each service unit.
4. As a basis for determining the action plan for improving service quality.
5. As a feedback for enhancing our service quality
