Please note that filling out this form does NOT act as a confirmation of pick-up time, and we do NOT pick up on Wednesday or Sunday. We will send a confirmation email or text to the number you provide in order to confirm a pickup. There is a list of items we are currently accepting under our "Donate" information. Please note that we will not pick up any items not on this list, and all items will undergo a quality inspection before pick-up. Any items that do not pass our inspection will not be picked up in order to insure our limited space is full of items that will benefit our families.
