Can you commit to completing an training plan with Scissortail Running? *
Elite team members are expected to train under a Scissortail Running training plan for at least one full training cycle (8 to 18 weeks, depending on your event). You should expect to run a minimum of five days per week, with exceptions made on a case-by-case basis and at the discretion of your coach. It is expected that all elite team members will show an above-average level of dedication to their training - not just runs, but prehab, injury management, nutrition, and recovery habits. However, we know life can throw curveballs, and as with all SR training plans, there is always room for flexibility to accommodate the unexpected nature of training while being a functioning adult member of society.
