Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen's Museum Group Tour Request Form
The Tuckerton Seaport and Baymen's Museum is a one-of-a-kind attraction, located in the heart of historic Tuckerton, NJ. Here visitors engage with the Jersey Shore’s unique maritime heritage and the interaction between culture and nature on the Barnegat Bay.
Groups can tour our historic replica buildings, live folklife and folk art demonstrations, interactive exhibits, live aquatic displays, farm animals, and much more. Experience the rich traditions of the Jersey Shore and its Baymen first hand! Each group tour includes numerous live demonstrations from local decoy carvers, blacksmiths, boat builders, basket makers, fiber artists, and Baymen. In addition to the demonstrations, guests can stroll the 3/4 mile boardwalk along Tuckerton Creek (aka Tuckerton “Crik.”) or identify birds and plants on our beautiful 1/4 mile nature trail.
Group tours are designed for learners of all ages and abilities. A minimum of ten (10) participants required for a scheduled tour, but you are welcome to visit the Seaport anytime without an appointment.
The admission cost is $8 per student or $6 per student if your tour is under 2.5 hours. We do not charge for teachers, staff, or chaperones.
