******************* PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION *******************
Currently, we do not require a deposit for your reservation; however, we do require that all accounts be paid in full at least two weeks before the show. If you need to change your reservation numbers prior to payment, you may do so; however, you will be required to pay for at least 90% of the seats that you reserve. (For example, if you reserve 100 seats but end up only have 80 students able to attend, you are still liable for a total of 90 out of the 100 seats.)
Any reservations not paid in full by at least two weeks prior to the performance will be subject to cancellation unless payment arrangements are made with our Financial Director Carrie Spence at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, Google Forms does not have the option to automatically update the number of seats available; therefore, we have to manually update the numbers below daily at approximately 4 p.m. each day. If you reserve seats and due to an overwhelming number of other reservations on the same day, your seats are not available, you will be contacted within 48 hours with alternate arrangements. Otherwise, you will receive an invoice BY EMAIL within one week of your registration. If you do NOT receive you invoice within one week, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (318) 812-7922 to verify your reservation.
ALL PERFORMANCES of Seussical, the Musical, are currently SOLD OUT except for a small number of seats on Thurs., Mar. 1 at 9:00. (See below.) We still have performances of Treasure Island available in late April and early May, and we will be announcing our 2018-2019 season soon!
Please note, if you are reserving seats for multiple performances, you must fill out the form multiple times, once for each performance for which you are registering.
