We are now ACCEPTING VOLUNTEERS for the 2026 Flow State Mountain Bike Festival, Ascutney, VT, July 24-26.
Join our team of hard working, fun-having volunteers doing all sorts of different jobs! From guiding rides to checking tickets and so much more, we will make sure you have a great time doing whatever you sign up for, and your hard work will not go unnoticed!

** SHIFTS TIMING **Most General Shifts are 4 hours. Closing Shifts are 3 hours!
Ride Guide Shifts are around 2-2.5 hours.
** VOLUNTEER PERKS **
Volunteering perks vary based on the # of shifts you work.
-- All volunteers get a t-shirt to wear during their shift and keep.
-- All Volunteers get one food voucher ($5 value) per day they work, and one beer ticket per shift worked.
-- If you work one shift, you receive a single day event ticket.
-- If you work two or more shifts, you receive access to the full 3-day event.
-- Volunteers who work 3 or more shifts are eligible for one free camping site (limited availability & advanced notice required.)
** Junior Volunteer Policy **
We love having juniors join us and gain experience as volunteers and want to foster that environment for our 'next generation'.
To help promote a safe and positive experience for all, volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult volunteer for the duration of their shift.
Junior volunteers will receive a shirt, food coupon and day-of event entry. No beverage coupons will be allocated or reallocated on their behalf.

Saturday, July 25 - 9am-10pm
Sunday, July 26 - 9am-4pm
** OTHER IMPORTANT TIMES **
Wednesday July 22 - Load-in & Office set up
Thursday July 23 - Set up, Camper & Vendor Early Arrival TBD.
Sunday July 26 - Take Down, TBD
