Vendor Application
This is an application to apply to be a vendor for South Sutter, Ocean Grove, and/or Sky Mountain Charter School. Applications are accepted throughout the year, including summer months.

If your application is selected, a Vendor Agreement will be sent to the email address that is provided.

Service Vendors
We require all service vendors to maintain Livescan (digital fingerprinting) background clearance information on all of their instructors that will teach our students. This is a legal requirement in order to keep students safe. The clearance is obtained through the California Department of Justice at your company’s expense.

*All instructors must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
Product Vendors
*All product vendors are required to provide us with a copy of their resell license.

*You will be required to charge CA sales tax on all merchandise sold to our schools.
