TE-hub survey: transposable element workshops
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey! TE-hub is an open, community-based initiative designed to promote the effective use of bioinformatic tools for the analysis of transposable elements (TEs) and other repeated DNA sequences.

Among our missions, we wish to offer training modules in TE bioinformatics, in the form of online workshops. In order to help define the content, frequency and logistics of these workshops, we are requesting your help by collecting information relevant to you and the larger TE community via completion of this short survey (5-10 min) regarding your needs and interests. Replying to it will not result in automatic subscription to any institution, and we will not request your name or personal information.

If you are a PI and have undergraduate students, graduate students, and/or postdocs and would like to give them this survey, please feel free to share with them!
