HOW TO SUBMIT VOLUNTEER VOUCHERS AND COMPLETED FORM:

Volunteer vouchers must be current, unused, and redeemed on this form or at the SIFF Film Center.

To redeem, please enter the voucher numbers below or bring your vouchers to the ticketing representative at the Film Center.

Volunteer vouchers are transferable; therefore, you can give them to your friends so that they can become a Member too!

Memberships will be processed within 48 hours from receipt of form. All membership materials (including your popcorn punch card and SIFF Member bumper sticker) can now be picked up at any of our year-round SIFF Cinema locations once your membership is activated.
