Please complete this form by Friday, March 4 to help us gather an idea of how many students we can expect on our trip to Cedar Point on May 6-7, 2022.

We will depart at the end of the school day on Friday, May 6 and arrive home late on Saturday, May 7 in the evening. Jazz Ensemble will perform on Friday night and the UAMB will perform on Saturday morning.

Cost is tbd based upon the number of students we have attending. An accurate count will help us determine these costs quicker.
