New Vendor Pre-Approval Photos
If you haven’t been a vendor in the last two years, please attach no more than 5 sample images of your product that will be sold at the Plant & Garden Fair for our jury panel to review. This is required for new vendors. (Uploading images requires you have a Google account. If you don't have a Google account, you can create one or email the photos directly to plantfair@downtowncamas.com.)
New Images for Returning Vendors
If you are a returning vendor and would like to provide updated photos for us to use for promotions, please attach no more than 5 sample images of your product that will be sold at the Plant & Garden Fair. We are compiling an “EXPERT” go to list for our visitors. If you would like to be added to the list, please tell us briefly what you are an expert in. Please limit this to Plant/Garden related topics.

All food vendors are required to have liability insurance, have all required county health permits, and follow all fire code requirements.

Hold Harmless Agreement *
By submitting this form you agree that the Downtown Camas Association (DCA), the City of Camas, and the event sponsors are in no way responsible or liable for amount of sales, personal property losses or damages, or injury resulting from involvement in this event. The DCA has the right to approve all products and displays at this event and ask for removal of any product/display that does not fit our guidelines or quality standard. Participation in this event constitutes acknowledgement and agreement to these terms.
