(1) I agree to the above child taking part in the camp and agree to his/her participation in the activities that are part of the day. (2) I acknowledge the need for obedience and responsible behaviour on his/her part. (3) I grant full rights to use the images resulting from the photography/video filming/screenshots, and any reproductions or adaptations of the images for fundraising, publicity or other purposes to help achieve the organiser’s aims.
