If you wish to be contacted with project updates, tick this box. Your data will be handled in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and GDPR.
1) We are no longer proposing development on the northern part of the site, close to Meadway. We will protect over 200 existing trees and plant 100 additional trees across the site. Do you support this change?
2) We are now proposing to improve the direct pedestrian path to the station from the north rather than including a meandering route. This will make it safer, wider and more accessible, with spaces for rest and relaxation. Do you support this change?
3) Our previous designs included building heights that were up to 12 storeys. We are now proposing reduced height of 6 and 7 storeys. Do you support this change?
4) We are proposing a new station square and Community Hub instead of a new cycle hub. This Hub will provide areas for work, rest and play and include flexible space for hire at affordable rates for the community. Do you support this change?
If you would like to suggest a use for the Community Hub please comment  in Q11 Further comments’ on the reverse.
5) We are proposing to make it easier for people to access the station by foot, cycle and bus. We propose 50 new cycle spaces and to move the northbound bus stop 85 metres closer to the station. Do you support this change?
6) We are proposing a reduction in commuter car parking spaces. This will help reduce congestion and improve air quality in High Barnet.  Do you support this change?

7) Controlled Parking Zones (CPZs) are effective in preventing overspill car parking and traffic in surrounding streets. We are proposing a consultation on the introduction of new CPZ on local streets currently not covered.  Do you support a CPZ consultation?
8) Do you think there is a lack of supply of high-quality and affordable new homes in Barnet?
9) The Council has a housing target of 3,134 homes per year. Do you agree new homes should be located in brownfield and accessible locations?
10) Which of these statements best describes your opinion about the revised proposals?
11) Do you have any further comments you would like us to consider?
