Red Dirt Relief Fund COVID-19 Emergency Grant Application
UPDATE: Since Monday, March 16th, Red Dirt Relief Fund has granted $100,000 to 400 Oklahoma music people. Our grant funding pool is currently exhausted, but we have several new funding opportunities in the works, and we're still raising money. We will continue to fulfill one-time emergency grants of $250 on a first-come, first-served basis as funds become available. To be eligible for a grant, you must meet these criteria:
-Sustained a financial loss of at least $1,000 due to cancelled/postponed gigs related to COVID-19
-Worked in the music business for the past 5 years. This includes creation, production, promotion and other jobs directly-related to the making of music.
-Are a current Oklahoma resident
While we realize these smaller grants may not completely alleviate the financial strain for our working music community, we believe this act of solidarity can help everyone better weather this storm.
Please complete the form below to be considered for a grant. PLEASE DO NOT APPLY MORE THAN ONCE AS IT SLOWS OUR SYSTEM DOWN SIGNIFICANTLY! You can edit your application at any time. Our goal is to make determinations and have grant funds delivered electronically within 5 business days of receipt, but that will vary with funding availability. We will do our best to send weekly updates to all grant applicants. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
