Zoom Meeting Request and Large Group Add-on Form
Please use this form to request a new Zoom meeting link for your online meeting, or to request that your existing Zoom meeting be upgraded to accommodate up to 500 participants.
NOTE: The Mountaineers has a limited number of paid Zoom licenses. If your meeting does not require the more robust features offered by Zoom, please consider setting-up your meeting on a free platform like Google Hangouts or Skype. These are great options for smaller committee meetings and save the use of our Zoom licenses for larger or more complex meetings. Thank you!
We will do our best to respond to your request within 24 hours. Requests submitted over the weekend may not receive a response until the next business day. Staff will work with you to find the best available option for your meeting, based on the features you need for your meeting to be successful.
This form allows for one meeting request at a time. Once you've submitted your request, you'll receive an email copy of your responses to this form, and will be able to click a link to submit another meeting request, if needed.

My meeting has already been scheduled on a branch-specific Zoom license, and I would like to reserve the Large Group Add-on for my meeting to allow for up to 500 participants.
