Completed team roster forms will be expected 30 minutes prior to your first game and are to be handed in at the scorebench.
Clubs entering QBT in New Plymouth are confirming all members of their rosters are registered with the club they are competing for. If this is not the case a dispensation must be requested for approval and listed on this form. Viability issues will be considered, but players may NOT play down.
A player may play in two teams of the same club, but this must be notified on the team roster BEFORE either team playes their first game. The club would like names of referees and scorebench helpers if available to assist throughout the weekend. The small rink will be used for warm ups. The schedule will be circulated once all teams are finalised. PLEASE NOTE: Games will be scheduled from 8am Saturday morning June 1st and depending on number of games we will anticipate a finish by approx 4pm on Monday June 3rd.
