AA District 17 GSR Hybrid Equipment Grant Application
Meetings located in the AA, Southern California, Area 93, District 17* are invited to apply for a Hybrid Grant Application to aid in making their meetings Hybrid (partially in person, and concurrently, partially on Zoom).
If your group is in District 17 and wants to go hybrid but would like financial assistance to cover some of the equipment costs (or if you have already purchased equipment and would like to be reimbursed), District 17 GSR's have decided to reallocate a small surplus to provide A.A. meetings in the 17th District with funding toward allowing your meeting to go hybrid.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:

Meetings are encouraged (although not required) to connect with other meetings at the same location and share hybrid equipment, assuming that can be done in an efficient and secure manner.

Meetings may apply for one grant per meeting. If you're going to potentially share equipment with other meetings at your same location, please have each meeting fill out a separate application form (and make note of this).

If your application is approved, you will need to provide a receipt for equipment purchased.

Should your application be approved you have 5 business days to respond confirming your acceptance of this grant. Should you fail to respond to our outreach and confirmation we will proceed reallocating the grant to another group.

The HEG will be available until funds run out and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
