Thermometer Calibration
Thermometers must be checked at least every 12 weeks to make sure that they are providing accurate temperature readings, or whenever there is a reason to think the thermometer is not working correctly.

Ice point Check : Add ice and a small amount of water in a glass, insert the thermometer and leave until the temperature is steady, record the result below.
Result of Ice point check should be between -1'C and +1'C

Boiling point check : Boil unsalted water, insert the thermometer and leave until the temperature is steady, record the result below.
Result of boiling check point should be between 99'C and 101'C
