4ZZZ turns 50 in December, 2025! 

Are you part of this half-century of warm inner glow?

This is a form for people who have volunteered or worked at 4ZZZ. 

There are only three mandatory questions and you can provide as much or as little detail as you please.

You can keep your anonymity, however it will be useful to know your name if you'd like us to keep you updated on the results of this poll and other 50th birthday information.

While it will be impossible to capture all the fabulous people who have contributed to 4ZZZ, it's a start.
