Resonite Mentor Application (KR, JA)
Hello and welcome to the Resonite Platform's Mentor Program Application,  we require a few details from you to proceed. If you have received this page/link without first reviewing our Introduction and Mission Statement, please consider returning to the Mentor Program Outline first.

While we will teach you much of the knowledge required to introduce new users, it is still recommended that you have at least 1 Months Experience with the Platform, and are competent in the basic tools.

The Mentor Program will collect the following details from you;
  • Your Email Address (To send acceptance/rejection emails)
  • Your Username (To add to our roster and documentation, for trainers to find you and you to find trainers)
  • Your UserID (For data validation and systems)
  • Your Discord Contact (Similar purpose to UserID, we use it as a means of identification)
  • Your Languages (To help group you with other Mentors of the same spoken language and set new criteria for localization)
  • Your Time Zone (For Trainers to organize assessments with you at a time befitting your needs)
  • A Simple Yes/No Check on Age (to ensure you meet the minimum age requirement for the Mentor Program)
  • A line of personally identifiable information (any other business) for things like if your schedule is different from your time zone, or special needs and learning differences.
These details are stored in a Spreadsheet for recruitment purposes and to fulfil social contracts (voluntary training) within the Mentor Program and are not disseminated outside of the Mentor Program.
A copy of your information is emailed to you via this form for the purpose of Subject Access Requests.

Applications are reviewed at least once a month. If you have not received a response in that time, please check your spam folder, and if the link has expired, either reply for a new one or ask a Mentor Lead on the Official Discord.

Email *
In Game Username *
This is your cosmetic username in game, your personal identifier.
In Game User-ID (U-Name) *
We require your UserID (U-Name) for data validation by our in-game systems and forms.
To retrieve your UserID, simply equip a DevTool, "Create New", Editor, User Inspector, double click your name, it will be listed there.
Discord Contact *
For the purpose of identification, we require your current Discord Username. This will be used in tandem with your Email to verify your identity in the Discord Server upon a successful application.
Languages *
Please include your First Language and any other languages you are confident in.

If a New User comes in with a language you are confident in, you may be called to help that user, or act as an interpreter for the user.
Time Zone *
Please include your Global Time Zone in a recognizable format 
(such as "UTC+1" "GMT" "JST" "PST" "US Central" and so forth)
Please note, there are as many Eastern as there are countries, do not do that.
Are you Over 18? *
Due to the situations you may find yourself in while volunteering as a Mentor (and the risk of exposure to adult content in migrating/creating User Generated Content), we require our Mentors to be over the age of 18. 

If you are found to be under the age of 18 and still on the program, you will be removed from the Mentor Program and barred from it in the future.
Any Other Business
For time zone differences, availability, special needs (ADHD and other spectrums), that sorta thing.

Try to limit it to a sentence.

Note; only the Mentor Leads can read this field, the contents of which will only be noted on the Mentor Roster if it regards schedules/availability.
