Warranty Claim Form
Claim Procedures:
1. Notify Dorsey's Warranty Manager immediately upon discovery of defect by phone (334)897-2525 Ext. 221, or email warranty@dorseytrailer.net or fax 334-897-2526
2. Please provide the following information
  • Trailer Vin Number
  • Complete description of problem(s)
  • Pictures of problem area (where applicable)
  • Location of trailer
  • Let Dorsey locate a shop, or let Dorsey know if you have a shop
3. Get Dorsey a complete estimate of repairs and let Dorsey approve before any work is done.
4. Dorsey may require equipment or certain parts be returned to our location at purchaser’s expense. Replacement parts will be furnished, conditions permitting; that is, if Dorsey or parts manufacturer determine part(s) to be defective.
5. All warranty work must be performed at the location approved by the Dorsey Administrator. Warranty work will be limited to work specifically authorized.
6. Any work that has not been approved will not be paid, no exception. 
7. Labor time will be reviewed and approved according to our shop manual. 
8. Labor rate is $85.00
