Do you know what size tent you would need? Or the measurements of the area you would like to put your tent?
Will your tent be able to be set up on grass, soft ground, asphalt or concrete? Extra charges will apply for concrete or asphalt installation. Tents larger than 30x90 have to be staked in soft ground or drilled into asphalt. We have asphalt plugs available. Tents that are set up on concrete will have to be 30x90 or smaller, ballasted and be fork truck accessible (we can not drive the fork truck through grass or unload on stairs or raised surfaces.)

Will the delivery trucks be able to drive up to the location of set up? There will be a $200.00 or more carry fee for locations that are 50ft or more away from where the delivery trucks can unload. Midwest Rentals will not be responsible for ruts left in yard do to soft ground.

What style lighting are you interested in? Your quote will have the quantity of lights to cover the outside perimeter of the tent. Extra lights strands can be added at customer's request.
Would you like our delivery crew to set up the lighting? Lighting Setup only includes perimeter lighting. Special layouts and layout designs will have to completed by the customer.

If you are wanting a mix of the pole skirts and the tent walls, please describe which sides of the tent you want covered with walls and which sides you would like open. For example... One long side with windowed walls, two short sides with solid walls and the an open long side with pole skirts.

Does your event require a stage? Stage sections are 4'x8' and come in heights of 8", 16" or 24" tall. We will need to know the size stage you need and the height. Also, if two sets of stairs and skirting for the stage is needed.

Would you like to schedule a site survey? One of our professionals will come out to the location where your tent will be installed and measure the area to see what size tent will fit. Please choose a preferred time window between the hours of 9am to 12pm or 1pm and 3pm Monday thru Friday. We will contact you to confirm your appointment time. There is a $50.00 charge for this service. The charge can be put towards your rental should you choose to book a reservation for a tent. If no reservation is booked the $50.00 service charge is non-refundable. Note that all tents need a 7 ft. clearance around the perimeter of the tent to give room for stake lines.

Please note, Large events need a 1 month notice or more. Quotes are not transferred to Reservations until they are confirmed over the phone by calling Midwest Rentals at 765-423-5543 ex 2. Please have the quote number available that you would like to transfer to a reservation.
Events will need to be delivered 1 to 2 days before the event date. This gives our crew adequate time to correct any miscommunications. Standard deliveries take place between 8am and 3pm Monday thru Friday. On Time and weekend delivery requests will result in extra charges ranging between $300 and $10,000 depending on the size of event. Out of town deliveries will be 2 to 3 days before the event depending on the distance.
Only tent pricing includes labor. All other labor requests to set up or teardown equipment will be at additional charges.
