SDG Challenge 2022 in Brasília, Brazil
The Global Students SDG Challenge is a joint initiative, between Aalborg University, University of Brasília / Grupo Gestão and many other universities and institutions. We connect many students from different countries to collaborate on SDG-focused projects by, every beginning of semester, carrying out a physical event as a kick off for the projects, and during the semester collaborating in the projects. Due to COVID-19, we did not have the in loco events in 2021.

But in January 2022 we are going to resume it! We have planned the event at University of Brasília for January 24 to 29. The students from Aalborg University and other University partners will go to Brasília and work with students from other nationalities and also doing field visits there, to help target relevant issues in the context of Sustainable Development Goals.

This is, of course, a great opportunity for you to work with complex problems and make real impact on SDGs, while also having an enriching international cross-disciplinary experience..

The international students going to Brasília will be hosted by local students from University of Brasília. The students in Brasília usually live with their parents and they have very good hosting conditions.

The sponsorship conditions to the flight to Brasília depends on funding from each of the different partner universities. Ask your professors and supervisors about the possibilities.
