The Chi Hub Nambour is a powerful space for holistic therapies and businesses to run their own classes, workshops and events from.

The Chi Hub Nambour is a historic building built in 1911 in the heart of the health precinct in Nambour. It's located on a 1 acre block backing onto gorgeous rainforest. The hub has 6 therapy rooms, an Event/Workshop space, waiting area, kitchen and small storage area downstairs. We have 7 exclusive car parks for clients, 3 staff only car park spaces and plenty of free on street parking available.

5 ELEMENT ROOM DETAILS

EVENT/CLASS/WORKSHOP ROOM HIRE INCLUSIONS

- Approx. 27 sqm space with timber floors. (Approx. 9-11 people can fit in the room laying down on Yoga Mats. Approx. 25 chairs can be set up as a seated workshop space. Approx. 15 - 20 people can be seated in a semi circle on the ground on Bolsters/Cushions for a floor workshop/circle/event).

- Complimentary amenities include: water filter, glasses, herbal tea's in kitchen
- Comfortable waiting room
- Use of Outdoor Workshop area & Zen Mindfulness walk in properties rainforest. This is a mindful quite outdoor space. T&C's apply
- 2 Unisex Toilets
- 1 x Music Dock (if required)
- Use of kitchen

MARKETING INCLUSIONS

- Permission to use our logo and room photos on your website/marketing - this can be emailed through to you on request

- You are welcome to tag @thechihub in posts and stories and if I see this within the 24 hours, I am happy to share the event/class to our stories
- Regular weekly classes/events ONLY (on a monthly invoice) - Details of your class/event will go on the timetable on our website

MARKETING EXTRAS (OPTIONAL) - $25 plus GST

- 1 x event post and story on our Facebook and Instagram pages (I require a flyer/pic and Bio, event details etc, booking link for this) 1000x1000 Instagram tile size required for the flyer/picture
- Add your event with a booking link to www.thechihub.com.au/nambour/classes-and-events/ website Event's Calendar

- Share a story here and there from your tags. I cannot guarantee I will see every story within the 24 hours
- A monthly newsletter from 'The Chi Hub' which will mention classes, workshops, events taking place that month (You will be able to be included if you have the event Bio and picture required emailed to hello@thechihub.com.au by the 28th of the month. Newsletter gets released around the first week of the month).

Charge for this is $25 plus GST per event.

HIRE OPTIONS AND RATES

5 ELEMENT ROOM HIRE:
Room hire is the hire of the room for your class, workshop or event. You can choose to hire the room casually, one off or days you like weekly. If committing to a regular hire you will get preference. Committing to a regular weekly class/event requires a min 3 month agreement.

Morning, Evening, Half and Full Day rates as per times below. All rates are Plus GST. Invoices are sent on approval of your application. Your paid invoice secures your booking.

DAYS AND TIMES AVAILABLE

MORNING - 1.5 hours
$30 plus GST
Tuesday - Saturday 6:00am - 8am
*Morning hire is for weekly regular classes only
MONDAY, TUESDAY, WEDNESDAY, THURSDAY and SATURDAY morning is available

EVENING - 3 hours MON - THUR
$45 plus GST (regular weekly commitment)

$55 plus GST for casual hire.
Monday - Thursday 6:00pm - 9:00pm
*Evening hire Mon-Thu is for weekly regular classes/events only, casual hire is available when regular classes are not running.

AVAILABLE - MONDAY / TUESDAY / THURSDAY

EVENING - 3 hours
$68 plus GST
Friday & Saturday 6:00pm - 9:00pm (quiet set up can be from 5:30pm)

SUNDAY - 4 hours (full use of kitchen and back rainforest with Mindfulness Walk through forest and seated area for quiet workshop/integration/meditations etc)
$99 plus GST

Extra hour charge - $25 per hour plus GST (after initial 4 hours)

Morning Half Day - 9:30am - 1:30pm (must be out of the room by 1:45pm)
Afternoon Half Day - 2:00pm - 6:00pm (access to room is from 1:45pm)

Evening - 6:30pm - onwards
Times can vary slightly depending on availability. Limited offering for half days as full days are preferred.

You are welcome to ask me if a particular preferred time is available and I will try to accommodate.

Full Day - 9:30am - 6:30pm (longer hours are available at an extra charge)

Extra hour charge - $25 per hour plus GST (after initial 9 hours)

Please note:
The 5 Element Room may also be used as a therapy room Monday to Saturday 8:30am - 5:30pm. Therefore there will be 30mins between the therapy room and your events and VV. This allows time for the therapist to set up and pack down and your event/class to be set up and packed down. Please enquire if you have any other questions about this.

Casual Events Advertising Cost's - We can add your event with a booking link to www.thechihub.com.au/nambour/classes-and-events/ website Event's Calendar along with our FB and Instagram socials pages and Newsletter (subject to conditions above). Charge for this is $25 plus GST per event.

Things to Consider

CONDITIONS
-No sound to leave the property and affect neighbours
-No candles to be used unless in large glass holders to protect the flame
-Please leave the room and kitchen/waiting area as you found it, clean and tidy
-Turn off all lights, fans, diffusers and close all windows.
-The rainforest area workshop space/Zen walk - this is to be more of a quiet ceremony/mindfulness space as noise cannot travel to the neighbours
-Kitchen bin bag to be put in outdoor bin and new bin bag replaced (If you have used the kitchen bin)
-Front door and back door locked and double checked
-Key back in the lock box and closed properly
-Public liability insurance is required to be emailed to Teagan before your event/class
-SUNDAY AND EARLY MORNING/EVENING EVENTS - I ask that you only contact myself if it is an emergency. If it's not an emergency please keep your queries/feedback and contact until Monday or the following working day. Thankyou for your understanding.

PAYMENTS:
For casual events, workshops and classes. Full payment required to confirm the date and booking.
CANCELLATIONS
No refund provided as this is holding space for another event or class to run, however if changing a date outside of 8 weeks before your event date, you can make a once off date change.

For REGULAR weekly classes, events and workshops there is a 3 month initial agreement required for a regular weekly class/event. A deposit of one's months rent is due to secure your time and day. This is used as your last month's rent when you decide to leave if 1 months notice has been give.

Invoice is sent on the 1st of each month and payment due by the 5th of the month for the entire month. This is calculated as a monthly calendar rate.

IMPORTANT - You must have your own Public Liability Insurance and Professional Indemnity Insurance for activities you provide from The Chi Hub Nambour. This is required to be emailed to hello@thechihub.com.au prior to your event/class.
