NEVADA STATE CENTRAL COMMITTEE  MOTION / RESOLUTION FORM

Under Article III. Section 4 Bylaw D. ii: Rules and Bylaws Committee - The Rules and Bylaws Committee shall receive and consider all recommendations for adoptions and amendments to the Charter and Bylaws of the NSDP. Recommendations for amendment to the Charter or Bylaws of the NSDP shall be received for consideration of the Bylaws Committee no less than 60 days prior to a regular meeting of the SCC.

Under Article III. Section 4. Bylaw D. iv.: SCC members shall have at least fourteen (14) days prior to a meeting to submit in writing resolutions and memorials for consideration at that meeting. SCC members shall be provided written copies of these resolutions and memorials at least (10) ten days in advance of the meeting.  

Both you and the individual seconding your motion must be present at the meeting it is scheduled for in order for the motion to be heard.
