We understand our student has been assigned a WPS device to be used in school and at home.

We understand our student will transport their WPS device back and forth from school with the knowledge and permission of their homeroom teacher.

We agree to use our WPS device for school purposes.

We agree to make efforts to safeguard and protect our WPS device from theft and damage.

We agree to report theft or damage of our WPS device by submitting a ticket to the appropriate helpdesk:

We understand charging blocks will not be sent home unless deemed necessary to support extended use from home.

We understand WPS devices are to be transported separately from water bottles.

We understand our WPS device must remain free of stickers, writing, painting, or any other form of decoration.

We understand we may be responsible for costs to replace or repair our WPS device.

We agree to not install illegally obtained software, re-install or change the Operating System, alter the setup, or attempt any kind of repair on our WPS assigned device.

We agree to protect and keep private all WPS passwords.

We understand that our WPS device has been documented as assigned to our student by a WPS asset tag.

We agree to return the WPS device documented as assigned to our student (WPS asset tag) when asked by the teacher, the Technology Department, or the principal.
