Vendor Interest Form
There are many powerful ways to share culture. Whether you represent a faith-based or cultural group, sell goods reflective of a specific culture, or provide an authentic dining experience showcasing the cuisine of the world, we would love to have you at our festival.

This is a curated show and we will review all booth requests prior to approval. Booths which can clearly delineate a world-based culture or influence will be given priority of location in theme with the event.

If you’re interested in being a vendor or information booth at our World Culture Festival, please fill out the below form and someone will be in contact with you shortly!


A minimum of a $35 dollar donation is required to reserve your space. (For verified 501(c)(3) organizations, you may reserve a space for only a $20 donation.) All proceeds generated from the event are yours to keep. Once your request has been approved, you will be sent information regarding how to donate.

All booths are 10x10ft spaces outdoors. (Except for food trucks.) You will be notified in advance whether that will be on grass or a hard surface. Booths must provide their own table(s), chair(s), and tents (if desired. A tent is not required.)

The event runs from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Booths must be fully set up by 9:30am and cannot begin take-down until 4:30pm. Failure to do so may result in loss of good standing for future years. No refunds on donations will be processed after January 8th, 2020. If you need to cancel your participation, please do so prior to then.

If you will be selling foodstuffs, drinks, etc, you must ensure that you have all proper documentation to do so legally in Tallahassee and the state of Florida.
