Elf(?) Market! December 14, 2024 Application!
Introducing, The Goblin Court's latest small business art event- Elf(?) Market! A place for every elf to find their art! The perfect place to shop for stocking stuffers! A place to find trinkets, toys, and treasures for the holiday season!

Different from Goblin Market, this place won't require discounts our misprints, but will instead encourage the small, stocking stuffer sized and priced items! We're seeking small businesses, local artists, vintage vendors, and tasty treat chefs to deliver a day of easy shopping and fun for our regular audience of young weird people!

As per usual, booth sharing is encouraged; if you want to cram two or three vendors under one roof, you can! There is no extra fee for booth sharing! You do need to communicate your booth share buddy though, either here on your application or when you decide to in the future, though email! And we ask that you assist in keeping parking for attendees by parking one car!

Additional holiday fun includes Tamale Co is providing live music all day long!

Date: Saturday, December 14th, from 12-5pm
Location: Tamale Co. Shopping Strip (2411 Curry Ford Rd, Orlando, FL 32806)

Pricing:
Vendor Space (10x10) - $60
Food Table (cooking on site) (10x10) - $80
Food Truck (10x20) - $150
Non-profit (10x10)- $50
Non-Food Trailer (10x20)- $120
*If you're selling premade and packaged food (sauces, baked goods, etc) you'll be under the Vendor Space $60 fee! If you're cooking on site (grill, propane, generator, etc) you'll be using the Food Table $80 fee!

Estimated Event Schedule
8:00am(ish) - Load-in for vendors begins
11:30am - All cars must be removed from lot
12:00pm - Event begins
4:45pm - Vendors are allowed to begin breaking down their setup
5:00pm - Event ends; load-out begins
(Reminder sun will begin setting at 5:30pm!)
5:30pm- Earliest cars are allowed back in lot for loadout
7:00pm- Lot is cleared

This is a rain or shine event! We will not be canceling due to light rain or wind. However, if we have to cancel the event due to dangerous weather like thunderstorms or hurricanes, no refunds can be given. Refunds are also not able to be given to those who drop out from the event.

REMINDER! Details about your status at the event will be sent from peach.pad.shop@gmail.com so please make sure it doesn't go to spam! Additionally, comments on the Facebook page/posts that advertise spaces are scams. Please report them and note that the only place you will receive a space from if from peach.pad.shop@gmail.com !!!
