Absence Form 2024-25 
Greetings Dancers and Families,

Please use this form to notify the studio and teachers of your absences (vacation, illness, etc.). This helps ensure that class and rehearsal times are used effectively. You can fill out the form for any current or future absences. There is no need to contact the office about these absences as we will be immediately notified of your submission. Please complete one submission per student per absence.

Makeup Policy:

Students are entitled to make up any classes missed due to holidays, travel, and/or illness before the end of each term by attending a class at (or below) their current level. Students may also make up a class in advance for planned absences.
