He gives us the Spirit so that we could have power in our witnessing. He gives us the best so that we could give of our best.

From His throne in heaven, He felt our need and would not turn His back on us. Genuine love cannot say no to a genuine need.

 Proverbs 3:9, 10, NKJV- “Honor the Lord with your possessions, And with the firstfruits of all your increase; 10 So your barns will be (a)______ with plenty, And your vats will overflow with new wine.” The simple lesson is, if we give Him first always, He will surely bless us. Giving pays.

6. What specific request does God make, and what promise accompanies it?
 Malachi 3:10, NKJV-  10 Bring (a)____ the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the Lord of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And (b)______ out for you such (c)__________ That there will not be room enough to receive it.” The tithe is one-tenth of our income, one cent from every ten cents we receive. This is not the same as the offering. The amount of our offerings is left to us to decide. However, we must give freely to a giving God.
