Each Thursday, we offer drop-in (or on-demand) virtual advising from 9:30 to 11:30 (sign-ups start at 9:00) and from 1:30 to 3:30 (sign-ups start at 1:00). If this is your first time, please read all of these instructions before signing up.
STUDENT SIGN-UPS WILL BE ACCEPTED IN THE 30 MINUTES PRIOR TO THE START OF THAT SESSION. IF YOU SIGN-UP OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW, YOU WILL NOT BE CALLED; EMAIL YOUR ADVISOR INSTEAD.
STEP #1: DOWNLOAD THE MICROSOFT TEAMS APP to your phone and/or computer. You will use your Georgia Tech account (e.g., gburdell3) and Georgia Tech password to access Microsoft Teams. As a Georgia Tech student, you have free access to MS Teams.
To download MS Teams:
https://teams.microsoft.com/downloads Please make sure your phone and/or computer are configured for alerts, e.g., ringer is on, notifications enabled, etc.
STEP #2: SUBMIT THIS FORM to access drop-in academic advising with one of your three ISyE undergraduate academic advisors. After downloading the MS Teams app, you'll add yourself to the "drop-in advising line/queue" by submitting the information requested below. Please only sign up one time for the next session.
STEP #3: WAIT FOR AN ADVISOR TO CONTACT YOU. The next available advisor will video-call you directly via the MS Teams app. You'll be able to pick up the call in MS Teams as a video-call or a voice-call -- your preference.

If this form is not accepting responses, it means that we have reached max capacity for the current session of drop-in advising, i.e., drop-ins for the current session have been cut off. Please sign up for the next available drop-in advising session as soon as this form re-opens for submissions.
PLEASE DO NOT SHARE THIS FORM OR THE ASSOCIATED GOOGLE SPREADSHEET WITH THOSE OUTSIDE OF THE ISYE UNDERGRADUATE COMMUNITY.
Sign-ups will be accepted starting in the 30 minutes prior to the start of the next session; we will not contact students who sign up more than 30 minutes before the session starts (our experience has been that these students don't answer when we call --- email your advisor instead).
