Before filling this application out, please understand the following:

*Must be at least 21 years old to adopt.
*All animals that are currently in the home must be spayed/neutered, and up to date on vaccinations and preventions. Be prepared to send us records, or we can call your vet if needed.
*You must include at least 2 reliable references on this application.
*Home visits have to be completed either in person or virtually before applications can be approved.
*Please remember this is an application. We have the right to choose the best home for each of our animals, including denying someone we do not think is fit to adopt said animal.

Our adoption fee for dogs under 1 year is $400 and adult dogs are $300. These adoption fees are a reflection of the care that each animal receives while in rescue, and are just a fraction of what their total care can cost the rescue. Occasionally, this fee may be reduced depending on the circumstances of the animal, but we will never charge more than these fees for more "trendy" breeds. All animals will have received all required vaccinations, medical treatment, and spay/neuter surgery, (if old enough), before going to their forever homes. With puppies that are too young to be spayed and neutered, our contract requires that they become so when they are of a more appropriate age, (this can be covered by the rescue at our vet, or we can offer a voucher to a vet of your choosing). The adoption fee is nonrefundable, because adoption is a big decision and animals are forever. We do allow trials and foster-to-adopt situations based on the situation. If you want to speed up the approval process, please complete the following prior to hearing from us: 

- Applicants who are tenants must send us their landlord approval or a copy of their lease's pet policy. 
- Applicants who have pets must send us veterinary records that prove all animals in the home are up to date on core vaccinations, prevention, and spayed/neutered. 
- ALL applicants must send over a virtual home visit. This can be a video or pictures that show the main area of the home, and the secureness of the fenced yard if you have one.
