I understand that this workshop through Sacred Grief - Shauna Janz is for educational and training purposes. It is not therapy, although it will likely have therapeutic impact. I understand I might experience some emotional, mental, spiritual or physical stress (growing pains) and that participating in this workshop may facilitate personal healing as a by-product of my participation. I understand that I am encouraged to have additional resources outside of this workshop setting should I need further support.

I agree willingly to release from any claim Shauna Janz, any workshop supporters, or any other workshop participants from responsibility for any of the possible stress responses aforementioned.

I understand that I will receive a full refund if I withdraw from the workshop before October 12th, or a 50% refund if I withdraw before October 24th, unless my spot can be filled in which I will then receive a full refund.

If I cancel after October 24th, I understand that I will receive a 75% refund *only* if my spot can be filled from the wait-list.

I agree to communicate about my absence as early as possible, and understand that if I don't communicate my withdrawal/ absence, or if my place cannot be filled from the wait-list, I will not receive a refund.  

I understand that if I test positive for Covid on the rapid antigen test within the 24 hours before the workshop starts, I will communicate this before the workshop starts on Friday, to receive a full refund, minus a $25 admin fee.
