All 16 of the BASD’s elementary schools will be hosting six “Pre-K Parent and Family Literacy Sessions”. These sessions will be held on dates between January and June 2018. Each school's dates and times will vary, so please refer to the information listed below for specific details.
Each monthly session will focus on a different literacy topic designed to help incoming kindergarten parents, guardians, and family members work with their 4-year old child at home.

The workshops listed below have been designed specifically for you…parents/guardians of students who will be entering kindergarten in the BASD during the 2018-2019 school year. At these training workshops, you will learn valuable information that can be used to help prepare your incoming kindergarten student at home. You will also gain access to a wonderful online program that can be used at home to reinforce the development of literacy skills and language development. You are encouraged to bring your incoming kindergarten student with you to these workshops.
