Unlike typical sushi workshops where you simply assemble pre-prepared fish and rice, this program takes you on a journey through the entire sushi-making process. Learn firsthand how a sushi chef in landlocked Nagano transforms fresh fish into exquisite sashimi.

But that’s not all – you’ll also master the art of making the iconic tamago-yaki (Japanese omelet). Guided by the skilled hands of the sushi master who crafts it daily, you’ll create this essential sushi dish from scratch.
