Common: Because it can't be known what the full picture is (unforeseen circumstances) until the old roof is removed. Any change order will be clearly communicated! Most roof replacement projects require at least a few sheets of decking to be replaced.

Keep driveway clear and accessible for dumpster, materials, and crew vehicles and equipment

Be ready for crew to arrive anywhere between 7am-9am to begin work

Be accessible in person or by phone at the start and throughout the course of my project.

Ensure there is access to a working power outlet either outside or from an extension cord inside

What can be expected as far as cleanup? *

During the project, there will be debris around property and I need to be careful walking around!

A full cleanup of debris is only done after the full project is complete

A magnet sweep is done at the end of the project to collect nails from the tear off process.

There may be a few nails undetected by the magnet sweep, but if there is an excessive amount I should call my Project Manager

What is done with any leftover materials after the project? *

I have the option to keep 1-2 bundles if there are any left. There are no refunds for any amount of leftover materials as stated in my contract. Any leftover materials are the property of RCB Roofing and/or its retail clients.

Once the crew leaves, you can expect to be contacted for final payment. Once final payment is made you will receive a certificate of completion and warranty information.
