Adult Library Card Application

This application is for a full use Pendleton Public Library card, applicant must be 18 years or older and have a Pendleton address. A library representative will contact you with your library barcode number and pin number within 48 hours of receiving your application. Upon receiving your login information you will gain immediate access to ebooks, audiobooks and other online resources available through the Pendleton Public Library.

Your Library card will be waiting for you at the front desk of the library. To pick up your new card please bring photo identification with proof of your Pendleton address. If your identification does not have a current address, you may bring recent mail in addition to your ID.
